In-Home Consultation, Do-It-Yourself Styling Consultations consist of an in-person meeting, in the home you wish to style. We go through the house together, and I give room-by-room suggestions on how to improve the look, feel and appeal of the space, ie: what to remove, what to rearrange, what to add, etc. I focus on working with what you already have as much as possible. I make larger recommendations such as new paint, flooring, lighting or colour changes where I feel it is warranted. You will be provided with a written report of your consultation and all recommendations. You will also receive a comprehensive room-by-room checklist to help you through the process. You are then free to complete your list of recommendations on your own, and as you see fit. Who should use it: Realtors* (offer to clients as part of your listing package) and their clients; sellers of occupied homes. Pricing: Flat fee - $249 *Realtors are eligible for Preferred Pricing for their clients - $179
Consultation, with 1/2 Day Style & Polish Consultations consist of an in-home metting. We go through the house together, and I give room-by-room suggestions on how to improve the look, feel and appeal of the space, ie: what to remove, rearrange, add, etc. You will be provided with a written report of your consultation and all recommendations. You then prepare by completing andy cleaning, packing, de-cluttering, and removing items & furniture as recommended during the consultation. Any larger improvements, such as new paint, must be completed prior to styling. The Spotlight option will consist of professional styling of your home using your own furniture & accessories. This may include: adjustments to placement of furniture, artwork, accessories & lighting; removal of items; using an item in a different room or for a different purpose; and other styling techniques. This is a 1/2 day project. You are not required to be present if it is not convenient for you. Who should use it: Realtors* & their clients; sellers of occupied homes. Pricing: Flat fee - $498 *Realtors are eligible for Preferred Pricing for their clients - $349

Any larger improvements, such as new paint, must be completed prior to styling The Limelight will consist of professional styling of your home using your furniture & accessories, as well as the use of InnerSpace's staging accessories, which may include items such as: bedding & towels, soft furnishings, lamps, vases, flowers, plants, mirrors, artwork, tableware, kitchen & bath accessories and other decor items, as necessary. Focus will be on the following important areas: Living room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Master Bedroom, Bathrooms. Curb appeal will also be addressed. This is usually a full day project, depending on the size of the home. You are not required to be present if it is not convenient for you. Who should use it: Realtors* and their clients; sellers of occupied homes. Pricing: $798 - includes first month's accessories rental. Each additional month accessory rental - $49 *Realtors are eligible for Preferred Pricing for their clients - $579 (includes first month's accessories rental)
Full Service Professional Staging, Including Furniture & Accessories A whole-package option ideal for vacant homes. Includes furniture & accessories, staging, and removal. Stage the whole home, or concentrate on highlighting specific areas. Cost is based on size of the home, how many rooms will be staged, what furniture is needed, etc. Who should use it: Realtors & their clients, builders, private sellers, who are showing/selling a vacant home or property. Pricing: Quoted on a per-project basis; a 3-part quote will be provided, outlining pricing estimates for monthly furniture rental, monthly accessory rental, and staging services.
Other Styling Services In-home redesign consultations and services Redesigning or restyling your home focuses on working with what you already have . Using your existing furnishings and accessories as much as possible, your space is transformed by removing, rearranging, and re-thinking your current décor. Through an in-home consultation , you will get ideas on what to change, remove, rearrange, etc., in order to transform your space. You are then free to make the changes on your own, as you see fit. You may also choose a full-service room restyling , in which we do the redesign for you. This begins with a consultation to determine your goals for the room(s) to be restyled. We will then complete a restyling of your chosen room(s), using your furnishings, accessories and belongings. Who should use it: anyone wishing to revamp, revive and accentuate their existing décor. What will it cost: In-home consultation only – $79 Consultation with Room ReStyling – $249 per room Shopping - $50/hr *Book a Room Restyling for 3 or more rooms and receive a 15% discount.
